CFG is going LIVE from ZOOM twice daily, starting Wednesday 1st of April at 7am.
Coach Luke will be hosting our 7am morning session and Coach Jemma will be taking the 6:30pm evening session.
We’ve made it as easy as heading to our website with our dedicated password and away you go!
You won’t be required to set up any new accounts, nor pay any extra fees.
Our OUTDOOR setup will continue on a ‘One on One’ PT basis between 12pm and 4:30pm Mon – Fri.
We’ll be setting up a mini boxing styled circuit, with exercises including dumbbells, medicine balls, heavy bag, shadow boxing, as well as plenty of agility and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
ONE ON ONE PT CIRCUIT
For the near future, we will be offering the following 2 types of memberships to cater for all types of situations during this uncertain time;
1. 2 x Daily live ZOOM session and online tutorial content – $20 per week
2. 1 x ‘One on One’ outdoor session, plus all of the above – $40 per week
It is essential that you book in to the session of your choice via the ZenPlanner platform. You would have received a welcome email when you first started with us, which allows you to login and book. If you are having trouble accessing your account, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll get it fixed up for you.
It will also be mandatory for all members to remain conscious of the social distancing rules that have been put in to place.
Please also rest assure our coaches have completed their COVID-19 safety training and we’ll be taking every precaution possible to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy.
