SYDNEY BOXING CLASS SCHEDULE

All Outdoor sessions are 30 minute one on one sessions, run in strict compliance with Government Covid-19 regulations.

We have allowed 15 minutes between sessions, to ensure all equipment has been cleaned and sanitised, as well as eliminating the possibility of crossing over time slots.

Cardio Boxing

‘Get fit, without getting hit’ is Corporate Fight Gyms motto. Boxing fitness at its finest. This class is more of a cardiovascular-based class, rather than technique based. Guaranteed to get you into the best shape of your life, whilst learning the finer points of how to throw a proper kit of punches. A class to suit everyone.

Boxing Technique

Using a variety of techniques, this class uses typical boxing moves combined with interval training to give you the ultimate workout. Classes will explore the fine art of footwork, ring craft and in depth punching techniques. These sessions never fail to give our members a good mental and physical workout. Tech is a class suitable for boxing enthusiasts of all levels.

Corporate Fighter

Corporate Fighter is the ultimate opportunity to experience the thrill, excitement and adrenalin of boxing in a safe professional environment. Participants undertake an intensive 12 week training program before stepping into the ring for a 3 x 2 minute round, full amateur boxing bout against a fellow first timer – all in a highly organised environment.

Yoga

All of our members can take advantage of our complimentary yoga sessions. We believe in a balanced and complete workout and offer the opportunity to practice and explore yoga in a supportive environment with highly trained, skilled teachers.Learn the basics from the ground up in a supportive and stable class. Mats and yoga blocks are supplied.
