Naya’s journey with yoga began in 2008 while backpacking in India and living in a yoga ashram where she was instantly drawn to yoga’s ability to nourish and transform.
Naya first walked into a CrossFit box in 2013 and was hooked ever since. Besides the obvious benefits of yoga and what it can do for strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, Naya encourages moving with breath which allows you to come back to your WODs with more power, focus and determination. In her classes, she brings a lightness to her teaching to encourage an open mind and a sense of curiosity while being challenged and having fun. She safely guides dynamic sequences, making classes open to all experience levels.
Naya is passionate about the benefits of incorporating a regular yoga practice with CrossFit and boxing. She can find her teaching yoga at various CrossFit boxes in Sydney.
